As a spirited entrepreneur since the age of 12 when I first launched a lawn-service business and then followed with an online sneaker boutique, I am thrilled to be part of Pepine Realty, where I can leverage my customer-service skills, deliver exceptional outcomes, build lasting relationships, and share my life-long knowledge of the area.
Born in Daytona Beach and a Gainesville resident since I was 6 months old, I grew up in a close-knit family, playing sports and fishing the local waters. I graduated from the Academy of Entrepreneurship at Buchholz High School, dual enrolled at Santa Fe College during my senior year and then embarked on my college journey at the University of Florida (UF), where I supported my spending with earnings from my two small businesses and worked in guest relations and event operations at the University Athletic Association. I graduated from UF with a Bachelor of Sports Management, and then three weeks later, I proudly received my real estate license.
With a father who is a United States Marine Corps veteran and a mother who is a breast cancer survivor, giving back is important to me, and my volunteer endeavors include assembling and shipping care packages to our troops overseas and walking and running in several Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5Ks.
In my free time, I cherish spending time with family and friends, preferably near the water and with a fishing pole in hand; hanging out with my Portuguese Water Dog pup, Axl; supporting Gator athletic events; and traveling to places near and far. Ask me about how I navigated to the Florida Gator men’s basketball Final Four game against UConn in Dallas, Texas, on April 5, 2014. Or how I walked on water in the Bahamas.
